Seat Sacks

Two years ago now, my fifth grade classroom had only tables.  So, as I prepared for the new year, I came across the seat sacks that Lakeshore Learning was selling and decided then I wanted them.  My mom and I went to the store and bought outdoor fabric in five different colors, we took a chair from the school and begin to create the seat sacks that I still use today.

These have been amazing, and have held up so well!  Definitely a great investment!

  1. I have a lady that made them for me and has made them for others. If you would like her contact information, let me know.

  2. I've had them every year for twenty years, but I am too broke to pay anybody this year. Mine used to last two years or so before being to dingy to use. The darker ones especially the ones made of dark denim last the longest. In desperation, I am going to try the stretchy jumbo book covers. Not sure how that is going to turn out. We keep our journals and baggies of crayons in them.
Please email me the contact info as well, just incase I have an extra hundred or so to spare. (kids in college)
